Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician
Job Summary:
Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and facility machinery according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. The goal is to support the achievement of the site's business goals by maximizing equipment uptime and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Cranes, Vehicles and other equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during working on site and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, and test and calibrate.
Repair and overhaul of hydraulic pump, engine, and drive mechanism
Troubleshoot with the support of drawing and instructed procedure.
Installation and assembling of equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and vehicles.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Always attend emergency breakdown.
LMI calibration/ troubleshooting.
GPS / Black box monitoring.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualification:
Job Related (Technical Knowledge & Skills)
- Education Degree/ Diploma in a similar field
- Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field
- IT Skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and MS Outlook) Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable
- Language Good knowledge of English (Writing, Speaking and Understanding)
- Behavioral Integrity, Reliability, Punctuality, Discipline, Verbal & Written Communication Skill, Teamwork, Planning & Organizing, Reliability, Communication, Presentation Skills
