About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydraulic Technician to diagnose, repair, overhaul, and maintain hydraulic systems on heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong OEM knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulic Systems
- Minimum 5 years hands-on hydraulic maintenance experience on heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, circuits, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Good English communication skills
Preferred Brands:
CAT, Komatsu, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Sino Truck, MAN, Actros
Key Skills:
- Hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, control valves
- Pilot control, steering, braking systems
- Load sensing and hydrostatic transmission systems
- Precision measurement and root cause failure analysis
