QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 progressive years of progressive experience in industrial/oil and gas maintenance, with at least 3–5 years functioning in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably in the Middle East and with ARAMCO experience.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, proficiency in CMMS software, (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track work orders, maintain equipment history, and generate reports or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to log work orders and analyze maintenance data.
- Competency and have a deep knowledge of plant preventive work, root cause analysis, and facility integrity standards.
- Technical skills and proficiency in analyzing key maintenance metrics like Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Familar with Safety & Compliance to enforce local Saudi regulations and global safety standards. This includes managing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and conducting routine safety audits
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
? Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard
- Not more than 50 years old.
?JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Team Supervision of Direct multi-craft teams (mechanics, electricians, and welders) to ensure defect repairs and PM tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Safety & Compliance to conduct daily safety briefings, manage hazard identification, and enforce Saudi Aramco HSE Requirements including strict Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
- Resource Management to coordinate with procurement to order spare parts and manage the issuance, usage, and transfer of materials and tools.
- Proven on reporting to prepare detailed daily progress reports and record maintenance metrics via systems like SAP Plant Maintenance
- Supervise routine servicing, testing, and inspections of critical equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for recurring issues and implement permanent engineering solutions.
- Resource Coordination to collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure the availability of spare parts and manage maintenance
- Able to manage departmental budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure critical spare parts inventory is optimally stocked
