Architect
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 6,500/month
Annual Leave: 30 days paid vacation upon completion of contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Architect to develop and deliver high-quality design solutions in accordance with project requirements, client expectations, and company standards. The successful candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring all design deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material samples, catalogues, and quotations.
- Assist in preparing specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams during the design and installation phases.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical detailing.
