QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Age limit not more than 51 years old.
- Minimum of 10 years experience Construction Manager in In-plant Construction executing EPC projects (Pipelines/Petrochemical / Refinery/ Oil & Gas Plants) exceeding $500 Millions in value,
- Experienced with Oil & Gas refinery shutdown, Certified PMP / RMP added advantage.
- Shall have Gulf experience preparably Saudi Arabia in Saudi Aramco Projects.
- Well versed in Primavera (latest edition), Proficiency in Project Management software and tools
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas & petrochemical industry.
- Must have Engineering Design & Construction phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications,Saudi Aramco Standards codes of piping coating works and Standard International Codes of piping coating works.
- Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication, Computer Literate.
?JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shall have strong track record experience in project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with a specialty in Petrochemicals. Including working in the capacity of as Construction Manager in design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation with values ranging from $500M to 1billion.
- Strong technical knowledge of multi desciplinary engineering principles and able to comprehend beforehand all technical agreement of the project and analyze the design documents in able/phases of document development (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC).
- Must have a mastery understanding of international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.
- Must have have a mastery understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications and project schedule to support Department Manager in timely completion of projects.
- Must have have a dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings. Must be flexible to work in multinational team and able to adapt different work locations including remote areas as needed,
- Responsible for all day to day matters of the projects and should be able to lead project team of different disciplines. Liaison with Client/ Consultant/ Inspections agencies and coordination with other departments of the company for smooth execution of the projects
- Capability to manage and train of multinational work force using training tools on a regular basis.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard
- Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication.

- 10,000 - 15,000 per month
