Qualifications?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in meat or poultry processing industry
- Hands-on experience with forming, coating, frying, or freezing lines
- Knowledge of high-volume production (MT-level output)
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
- Ability to work in cold environment and shift rotations (day/night)
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Age limit 35 years old.
Job Description:
Skilled Machine Operator responsible for running and monitoring high-speed meat processing lines including nuggets forming, coating, and chargrill production. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Task:
- Operate machines such as grinder, mixer, former, batter & breading line, fryer, and IQF freezer
- Execute daily production plan (e.g. Breaded Nuggets, coated mozzarella sticks, chargrill toppings)
- Monitor product quality (weight, shape, coating coverage, cooking parameters)
- Perform line setup, changeover, and cleaning activities
- Identify and report machine issues (e.g., ignition/spark issues, breakdowns) and coordinate with maintenance
- Ensure FIFO compliance and proper raw material usage
- Minimize wastage and control yield losses during production
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records
- Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards at all times
- Support emergency response and safety procedures during incidents
