Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- with experience in technical support, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service for our API 675/674 metering and process pumps, chemical injection skids, and related systems used in the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, and Water Treatment industries
Job Description:
1. Commissioning & Site Support
- Perform on-site commissioning, start-up, and field service for metering pumps, process pumps, and chemical injection skids at customer locations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Ensure all equipment is installed, calibrated, and operated in compliance with API 675/674 standards and client specifications.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues; provide effective solutions and repair recommendations.
- Coordinate with the engineering team in Italy and the manufacturing facility in Al Khobar for complex technical resolutions.
3. Customer & Technical Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales inquiries, warranty claims, and technical assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SADARA, SATORP, Petro Rabigh, MARAFIQ, SEC, and international operators (SHELL, TOTAL, ENI, ADNOC, etc.).
- Conduct site inspections, performance evaluations, and provide technical reports to clients.
4. Spare Parts & Logistics Coordination
- Identify, recommend, and manage spare parts requirements for clients.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team in Coimbatore and Al Khobar to ensure timely delivery of parts and service materials.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, and job completion records.
- Ensure all service activities comply with Saudi Aramco and local regulatory safety standards.
- Support the technical office in Coimbatore with field feedback to improve product design and reliability.
