Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Engineering Support within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in plastics, PET, packaging or food contact materials, including shop-floor and laboratory exposure is preferred.
- Must be Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering: Quality, Industrial, Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical or related technical discipline
- Knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), BRC Packaging, GMP and basic food-contact requirements.
Job Description:
- Ensure personal compliance with the company policies, guidelines and with the HSSE rules and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and in assuring implementation of process, quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, BRC Global Standards Packaging and any other required standard like Halal, Kosher etc.
- Execute and monitor the calibration of the lab equipment and measurement instruments. Manage the masterlist and the certificate archive
- Support production in the definition and implementation of the necessary corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall compliance (incl. HSSE) quality results.
- PLan and execute minor project and team activities, to facilitate changes that have a statistical impact on working environment and HSSE
- Assist in internal trainings to maintain ISO/Quality Awareness for the associates.
