FINISHING CARPENTER
- To work on our high-end residential construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Install interior and exterior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and casings
- Hang and fit doors, and install window frames and finishes
- Install cabinets, millwork, and decorative panels
- Install finish hardware such as locks, handles, and hinges
- Measure, cut, and join materials with high precision using various tools
- Ensure all work is level, plumb, and meets quality standards
Qualification:
- Minimum Educational requirement: High School
- With 5 years related experience
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim work, and cabinetry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices
