Qualifications:
- Valid Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) and RTFI as per PCN, ASNT, ISO, or equivalent standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reviewing and interpreting radiographic images
Job Descriptions:
- Review and interpret radiographic images (X-rays or gamma rays) to detect and evaluate internal defects, cracks, inclusions, and other discontinuities in materials and welds.
- Compare radiographic images against acceptance criteria, industry standards, and project specifications to assess the quality of the inspected components.
- Identify and classify defects based on their type, size, location, and severity, and determine their impact on the structural integrity of the material.
- Prepare detailed interpretation reports summarizing findings, including visual aids, defect characterization, and recommendations for acceptance or rejection.
- Maintain accurate records of all radiographic interpretations and ensure documentation is complete and compliant with industry standards and client requirements.
- Communicate interpretation results to relevant stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and quality control teams.
- Ensure that all radiographic interpretation work is performed in accordance with industry standards (such as ASME, ASTM, API), project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of radiographic testing principles, defect characterization, and industry standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effort to pass client conducted exams and trade tests
