Qualifications:
- ?Valid Level II certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g., RT, UT, MT, PT) as per ASNT, ISO, or equivalent standards.
- Certification in heat treatment processes is an advantage.
- Additional certifications in safety management or project management are beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in NDT, heat treatment, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in NDT and heat treatment operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate daily NDT and heat treatment activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within project specifications.
- Assign work to NDT technicians and heat treatment personnel, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the site team, project management, and clients, providing regular updates on project status and any issues encountered.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments for NDT and heat treatment activities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure that project goals are met.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, including any issues, delays, or deviations from the project plan.
- Ensure that all NDT and heat treatment operations are performed in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Review and approve all NDT reports and heat treatment documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to the client.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of NDT and heat treatment activities to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and manage a team of NDT technicians and heat treatment personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among team members.
