QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or any 4 years related course.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and 3D design software.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
EXPERTISE
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Role Purpose: An Engineering Drafter prepares detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for engineering projects mainly for infrastructure and landscaping works.
- Develop and revise design drawings using Autodesk software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion).
- Interpret engineering specifications, survey data, and technical reports to create accurate plans. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet structural, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare construction documentation, including grading plans, utility layouts, and earthworks.
- Assist in cost estimation and material take-offs based on design outputs.
SALARY:
- SAR 4,000 - SAR 5,000 per month
