Qualifications:
- Must have background in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Child Development or similar field preferred
- Candidates with proven experience caring for or instructing children in educational, family or private care environments are highly encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of child psychology, positive discipline and structured routine management
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Tagalog or French is an advantage)
- Emotionally stable, organized and adaptable to family routines and expectations
- Must be female, discreet and available for a full time assignment focused on child learning and holistic development.
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain daily routines covering learning time, play, rest, meals and hygiene
- Create interactive educational and developmental activities that promote creativity, curiosity, and good habits
- Provide emotional support and behavioral guidance, helping children express themselves positively and follow structure
- Encourage life skills such as independence, cooperation and responsibility in caring, consistent manner
- Oversee organization of children's personal items, play areas, and educational materials to maintain a clean, calm and safe place
- Prepare and/or coordinate nutritious snacks and meals suited to children's routines when required
- Accompany children during recreational or educational outings and ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding each child's behavior, learning progress and general well-being
