JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As QA/QC Manager you will be working as an integral part of our project delivery team ensuring implementation of project quality management system in compliance with client (Saudi Aramco) requirements.
- Must prepare and/or review project Quality Plan and align it with client’s Quality Policy, assure its implementation, set quality objectives and targets for project documentation.
- Must ensure Implementation of Quality Systems at Project sites.
- Able to plan & execute required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.
- Able to review Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with Aramco codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments.
- Must maintain all inspection & test / Quality records.
- Must ensure that the construction project complies with all ARAMCO quality, safety and building regulations.
- Able to manage the collection, organization and filing of all project documentation, both internally and for external third-party stakeholders.
- Must Conduct meetings with the concerned Function Heads to discuss Quality Assurance and Quality Control review observations & non-conformities and provide recommendations to improve current practice.
- Escalate critical areas of improvement related to business performance to the General Manager and recommend appropriate actions to resolve existing quality problems.
- Must perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Able to provide trend analysis on quality issues and performance metrics.
- Must ensure QC requirements and QA tasks are completed before tool or product is dispatched.
- Must create and classify Product Quality (PQ) incident reports. Lead and coordinate PQ investigations and Remedial Work Plans - including those related to customer claims.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledgeable in QA/QC documentation for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning scope of work and must be well aware of Special Process Procedures.
- A Saudi Aramco approved project or GCC experience is a great advantage.
- Not more than 53 years old.
- Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
- Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer Literate.
- Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.
- Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least minimum of 12 years work of experience prefarably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries.
SALARY:
SAR 12,000 - 15,000 per month (Negotiable based on Interview.)
