Job Summary:
The Site Facilities Engineer at KCG FM is responsible for the effective management of facilities operations at a
designated site. This role ensures that maintenance, repairs, and facility services are conducted efficiently and
in accordance with client expectations and contract terms. The Site Facilities Engineer will manage on-site
budgets, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, optimize resources, and lead a team of
maintenance personnel. They are also responsible for building strong client relationships and driving
improvements in service delivery and operational performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, Safety Certificates) are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering “MEP background is preferred”, with demonstrated success in managing site-level operations.
- Experience in budget management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in English language
- Knows how to speak Arabic is an added advantage
Job Duties:
- Site Operations Management: Oversee daily operations at the site to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Implement and manage maintenance programs to keep all building systems and equipment in optimal condition.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the site-specific budget, ensuring cost-effective practices and identifying savings opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the site complies with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide on-site maintenance staff and service providers. Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with on-site vendors and subcontractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to contract terms.
- Project Management: Oversee site-specific improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Operational Best Practices: Implement best practices for facilities management at the site, ensuring consistency in service and operational protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on site performance, including maintenance activities, budget status, and any operational issues.
- CAFM System Utilization: Utilize CAFM systems to track maintenance activities, manage work orders, and optimize facility management processes. Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using the CAFM system.
