Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager at KCG FM is responsible for overseeing and coordinating facilities management across
multiple sites, ensuring services are standardized and aligned with client expectations and contractual
obligations. The role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing
resources, and leading teams to deliver high-quality services. Additionally, the Facilities Manager fosters strong
client relationships, provides strategic guidance, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and
operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CFM, PMP, Safety Certificates) is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in facilities management “MEP background is preferred”, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites or locations.
- Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Languages:
- Proficiency in Arabic & English is required.
Job Duties:
- Operations Oversight: Manage and coordinate facility operations across multiple sites to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Standardization: Develop and implement standardized procedures and policies for maintenance, repair, and facility services.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the overall facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and national safety, health, and environmental regulations, and enforce safety protocols and emergency plans.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to site managers to ensure effective site management.
- Contract Management: Establish and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Project Management: Plan and execute facility improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Best Practices: Implement and promote best practices in facilities management, ensuring consistency in service levels, maintenance schedules, and operational standards.
- Reporting: Compile and present reports on the performance of facilities operations across all sites.
- CAFM System Utilization: Leverage CAFM systems to oversee and optimize facilities management processes across multiple sites. Use the system to track and manage maintenance activities, work orders, and asset performance. Ensure accurate data entry and reporting, and utilize system insights to drive operational efficiency, monitor service quality, and support strategic decision-making
